Youth sports concentrates on teaching: Commitment, Integrity, Attitude, Teamwork, Trust, Accountability, Patience, and all out having FUN.
Biddy Basketball
BIDDY BASKETBALL
AGES | 3-6 years old
DAYS | Mondays & Fridays December 1 – 19
TIME | 5:15-6 p.m.
COST | $45 member, $60 non-member
Children learn fundamental skills of basketball using exciting drills and game situations in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Tennis shoes/sneakers are required. Please be sure to bring a water bottle!
Please register online or at the Front Desk. Sessions are limited to 12 kids, with no exceptions!

Greater Johnstown Community YMCA is launching a new youth sports program to introduce kids to various sports without a commitment to one sport. Each day will focus on the basics of a different sport or game:

League play will begin on Saturday, January 4, 2025. The deadline to register is December 16, 2025. Players registering without a team will be placed on a YMCA team with a volunteer coach and receive a team shirt for gameplay. The league will consist of 8 weeks of play plus playoffs. Games will be played on Saturday mornings.
