Beginner Tai Chi

Tai Chi for beginners consists of fluid, gentle, and relaxed movements that are slow in tempo. It is suitable for anyone and can be practiced almost anywhere.  These six week lessons are a gentle, yet firm first step to better health and harmony.  Tai Chi for beginners will improve muscle strength, fitness, and flexibility as well as improved balance and confidence.
