Squash the Scale: 10-Week Fall Fitness Challenge
Looking for a fun, flexible, and motivating way to stay active this fall? Join Squash the Scale, our 10-week weight loss challenge designed to keep you moving and engaged—no matter your fitness level.
✔️ Earn Points by logging workouts, participating in YMCA classes, and posting in the private Facebook group
✔️ Weigh in every two weeks (optional) to track your progress on the leaderboard
✔️ Compete individually, but team up with a buddy for accountability
✔️ Tons of ways to earn—from walking the track and attending group exercise classes, to visiting local healthy spots and completing mini-challenges
✔️ Multiple winners! Bi-weekly point champs, plus overall point and weight loss winners by age group
